We have been learning about what our body needs to stay happy and healthy as part of life education truck visit that came to school.


I learned that there are many different names for sugar.

More than 10 gm of sugar per 100gm serving is not good for you. Mint slice biscuits had way more than 10gm. I had popcorn which had 0.7gm per 100gm. But it had a lot of sodium which is the name for salt.  


I'm going to read the nutritional labels on food packaging at home.
